ASSISTANCE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Get in direct contact with Planstudio technical personnel, requesting assistance with the CAD system MicroStation and Progenio!
Assistance on the use of tools is provided by technical experts, the same people who provide training, and is a fast response service: designed to provide help while you operate in order to avoid slowdowns or interruptions.
The assistance services includes:
- Support on specific commands and features/functions
- Checks of incorrect procedures
- Standard software updates
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE ASSISTANCE SERVICE?
Every other need involving technical personnel that exceeds the times typically required for classic assistance (from 5 to 15 minutes).
It does not include, therefore:
- Installation
- Customisation
- Training
These are dedicated interventions and of variable duration (up to a few hours). They must be analysed, prepared and assigned to the most suitable technical person to resolve them.
Naturally, you can report any type of urgent issue or blocking situation, even if it does not fall within the accepted understanding of assistance, to the Planstudio team at support@planstudiosupport.it
HOW TO SPEED UP YOUR REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE
In order to be sure that your request for assistance is handled as quickly as possible, we need certain essential information:
- Identify yourself clearly: the email address used to send a request for assistance must always be visible. Remember to include your first name, last name, company name and the telephone number we can contact you at (with internal extension number where required and if possible).
- Be clear and precise: describe the issue as clearly as possible.
- Specify if the issue is urgent: if your work is blocked or your operations interrupted, clearly state this.
- Do not write personally to any technical person: the only way to ensure that assistance is handled properly is to email the official address: support@planstudiosupport.it.
