Notice pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR 679/2016
Dear Sir/Madam,
The data you have provided, such as your first and last name, mailing address, phone number, tax ID number (if applicable), and email address, are collected for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations, providing quotes for products and/or services you have requested, selling products and/or services you have requested, evaluating quotes for products and/or services you have provided, to purchase products and/or services provided by you, to manage invoices and shipping documents for the items listed above, to notify you of available software updates, and to inform you of our opening and closing days and hours.
Failure to provide this data will make it impossible to complete the requested transactions and services.
If you participate in our training courses, the video recording of the lessons will also be part of the contractual obligations; this recording will not be distributed but shared only with the companies participating in the training session.
If you download e-books or other informational material from this site, we may contact you by phone or email to solicit your feedback, based on our legitimate interest.
Only with your explicit consent will we use your email address to send you an informational newsletter approximately twice a month containing updates about our organization and our products; we may also contact you by phone for commercial communications or to invite you to our corporate events.
During events or meetings, we may record video footage that will be used, only with your explicit consent, for marketing purposes on social media or on our website.
Your email address will not be disclosed to third parties.
Your data, as indicated above, will be stored:
• on physical servers located in Italy at Planstudio srl, Via Antonio Benucci, 47, 61122 Pesaro (PU) and at Supernap Italia – Via Marche 8-10, 27010 Siziano (PV);
• on servers hosted within the European Union at: Sendinblue SAS (newsletter delivery platform);
• on servers hosted outside the European Union, with safeguards deemed adequate, at: HubSpot Inc. (CRM software and website contact management); Google Inc. (webmail and Google Drive); Meta Platforms Inc. (social media).
Every precaution has been taken to minimize the risk of unauthorized access, deletion, modification, or appropriation by unauthorized third parties.
The data controller is Planstudio srl, Via Antonio Benucci, 47, 61122 Pesaro PU, 0721/491564.
Planstudio srl has appointed the following external data processors, who may become aware of your data listed above solely for the purposes set forth below: companies providing hosting and software (for web-based data management); commercial and marketing consulting firms; professionals providing technical and administrative consulting; a tax and accounting firm (for bookkeeping); insurance companies (which will receive your data only in the event of disputes); a company that manages the archiving of electronic invoices. The personal details of the external data processors may be made available to you upon request to Planstudio srl, Via Antonio Benucci, 47, 61122 Pesaro PU, 0721/491564, commerciale@planstudio.it.
The data will be retained for:
• 3 years from your last contact if there are no ongoing contracts between the parties for sales, purchases, and/or the provision of services;
• 10 years from your last contact if there are ongoing contracts between the parties for sales, purchases, and/or the provision of services.
At any time, you may request by mail or email from the Data Controller the modification, deletion, portability, or objection to the processing of your data (and exercise all rights provided for in Articles 15–22 of the GDPR 679/2016).
