If you participate in our training courses, it will be part of the contractual obligations, also the possible video recording of the lessons, which will not be disseminated, but shared only with the companies participating in the training session.
If you download ebooks or other informational material from this site, for legitimate interest, we may contact you by phone or email to know your opinions on the matter.
Only with your explicit consent, we will use your email address to send you an informative newsletter sent about 2 times/month containing information about the news of our organization and our products; If necessary, we will also contact you by telephone for commercial communications or to invite you to our corporate events.

The data will be stored for:
- 3 years from its last contact if contracts for sale, purchase and/or supply of services are not in progress between the parties;
- 10 years from its last contact if contracts for sale, purchase and/or supply of services are in progress between the parties.
At any time you may ask the Data Controller by post or email for the modification, cancellation, portability, opposition to the processing of your data (and all the rights provided for by art. 15-22 of GDPR 679/2016).
